RutaGo

RutaGo is a mobile app concept designed to improve transportation accessibility in rural areas of Mexico. This case study explores how user-centered design, low-bandwidth functionality, and WhatsApp integration can address mobility challenges and empower underserved communities. I led the end-to-end design process, including user research, user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity mockups.
